At Cakes by Ch, we specialize in premium customized cake toppers in India. All our products are made-to-order and personalized as per customer requirements.

- Quality checked before dispatch
Returns and refunds are NOT accepted on customized products except in specific cases mentioned below.
🔁 Replacement Eligibility
We offer replacement ONLY if:
- You received a wrong item
- The product is damaged during delivery
- There is a printing mistake from our side
🎥 Mandatory Unboxing Video
- Required for wrong item and damaged product claims
- Must be continuous (no cuts)
- Must start from sealed package opening
No claims will be accepted without an unboxing video.
💸 Refunds
- No returns on customized products
- Refunds only if replacement is not possible
- Processed to original payment method
- Timeline: 7–10 business days
🚚 Return Shipping
Return shipping cost is to be borne by the customer. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
❌ Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order only. After that, orders go into production and cannot be cancelled.
